Eric Sean Clay is a transformational security executive whose three-decade career spans law enforcement, homeland security, international operations, and the boardrooms of America's leading health systems. He builds high-performing, mission-driven security organizations that protect patients, caregivers, and communities while strengthening operational and financial performance.
As Vice President of Security at FMOL Health, Eric leads enterprise security across 11 hospitals and 300+ care sites. Previously, he served as VP Security at Memorial Hermann, overseeing 17 hospitals and 200+ medical facilities protecting more than 40,000 employees, and as Chief Security Officer at CoxHealth. Earlier in his career, he managed international security operations as an Iraq Country Manager and consultant supporting governments and global enterprises.
